New Year, New Changes at EWC 2023

We have greatly reflected on 2022 here at Elevate Wellness Center over the past few months. In an effort to maintain the best client experience, we have made a few decisions that will impact our current clients.

  • New online booking: Starting January 5th we will be switching from Mind Body software to Boulevard. We really love the new look, and ease of booking online (phone or computer) with a click of a button, and without an app! Our online bot and MindBody booking will be disabled January 3rd.

    • All current clients will need to update their personal and credit card information, and update waivers in our new system.

    • Please plan for the extra time prior to your first service in 2023.

    • Thank you for your patience as we navigate through our new system!

  • Updated Policies:

    • Our cancellation policy has been very generous during the pandemic, however, it greatly impacts our staff's time and the time of others that could have taken your spot. With the growing demand for our services, we will be enforcing our cancellation policy. Cancellations less than 24hrs will result in 50% of the service price that you were booked for. No-shows will be charged the full price of the service. IV Cancellations 24hrs or fewer result in a full-price service charge.

    • Damage fees: Our towels and tanks have sustained some damage over the year due to hair dye and makeup. Any hair dye damage will result in damage fees. Rather than passing on overhead costs to everyone by raising prices, we will be charging the person responsible for it.   • New Membership Plus+

    • Starting January 5th we will be offering an upgrade to our monthly membership! Do you want to add on a redlight or halotherapy session? Now you can choose from one (1) float or sauna, and one (1) redlight or halotherapy session for only $75.

    • While we know starting a business during Covid may have been risky, we believe this was an investment into Alaskans—helping them to obtain optimal health—the best they can be for wherever they are in life.
