Terms & Policies

Updated 2/23/2024

RESERVATION POLICIES:

Appointments are recommended and may be booked online, over the phone/text. We will accommodate walk-ins subject to availability.

If you desire high-demand appointment times (ie. after 5pm or weekends), please schedule adequately in advance of your desired date.

If you prefer “quieter” days, please consider Thurs, Saturday, or Monday appointments.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We understand time is valuable for both of us, so we ask that you arrive on time for all sessions.

We have a 24-hr cancellation policy. If you do not cancel prior to your scheduled appointment you will be charged 50% of the service cost. No-shows are not cool and will be charged the full amount of the service. We require a credit card on file to book appointments for this reason.

While we try to accommodate all our clients’ schedules, arriving late may result in reduced session time. If this occurs, please be advised that you will still be charged for the full session.

IV Clients - less than a 24-hour cancellation will result in the FULL cost of the scheduled service.

FLOAT SESSIONS: If you arrive 10 minutes late, your session time will be reduced. If you arrive 15 minutes or more we will need to late cancel your appointment and you may be subject to 50% of the session fee.

OUR SPACE:

We ask that footwear is removed before we take you back to your session. We provide EWC house shoes or you are welcome to bring a clean personal pair. Lockers are available to stow boots/shoes/jackets. Please leave your valuables in your vehicle as we are not responsible for lost items.

We have three social IV room chairs and one private IV room. Four therapy rooms offer light therapy, mild hyperbaric oxygen therapy (mHBOT), neurofeedback (MCN), and a private salt halotherapy room. We have two infrared saunas and two float rooms.

If you require some time to transition after your service, please use the atrium waiting area to sip on a hot beverage, reflect, or take an extra moment before you head back into your day.

Children and minors cannot be left unattended in our space and must be accompanied by an adult. Adults accompanying children are responsible for maintaining a quiet, peaceful environment while on-premises, and may be asked to leave at any time the EWC Code of Conduct is disrupted.

Adults receiving IVs, mHBOT or extended services are not to bring children into the space due to limited space and liability concerns.

No food is allowed in the halotherapy salt room, except water in an enclosed container.

LINENS AND TOWELS: Elevate Wellness Center provides towels, a hair dryer, and other amenities. Any lost or damaged linens (makeup, hair dye, etc) or equipment will be charged to the credit card on file. Towel replacement charges range from $2-$10 per towel.

ELEVATE WELLNESS CENTER (EWC) CODE OF CONDUCT:

All clients are asked to agree to and uphold our values below—

Health + Responsibility

I understand that I am responsible for my own health. The health behaviors and habits that I practice contribute to my risk for illness and infection, the risk for accelerated aging and diseases, and risk for mental health conditions. Eating whole unprocessed and low-inflammatory foods, getting quality sleep, reducing stress, engaging in healthy relationships, moving my body daily, being outside in nature, avoiding environmental toxins, and engaging in spiritual practices directly contribute to the effect on my health and influence the expression of my genetics.

EWC does not guarantee health nor does it guarantee to benefit from any single therapy it offers. EWC provides an environment and inspiring space to gain education and practice behaviors that contribute to benefiting my overall health.

I agree to be responsible with water usage by taking less than a five minute shower, which shows responsibility to allow the next guest with ample time for their session.

Joy + Humor

I understand that EWC infuses humor and joy to connect with individuals because life is fun and is part of being human. Humor is natural stress relief, and should be practiced regularly.

Equanimity + Respect

I understand that by entering the EWC healing environment, I will leave egos, standards, norms, and expectations (and shoes..) at the door. Individuals obtain health on their own terms, in different paths, and at different paces. I will place the utmost highest regard for being respectful to the wellness community by silencing my phone/using headphones, keeping socializing to a minimum, and uphold maintaining the privacy of one’s own health, and the privacy of one’s space.

Safety + Security

I understand that I am in a safe environment and will report unsafe situations to EWC staff. I am responsible for the security of my belongings at all times and should not bring valuables into space. I understand this space is monitored by video surveillance to keep clients and staff safe.

Connection + Community

I understand that as a patron of this wellness community I will be kind to myself and others as I enter the space. I believe that a like-minded group that is supportive will cultivate growth and resonate together toward physical, mental, and spiritual health.

I fully read, understand, and agree that Elevate Wellness Center may revoke my right to be a member or patron if any of these above tenants are violated.

We thank you for your curiosity and dedication to obtaining optimal health.
